Ealuma is operated by Ealuma Pty Ltd. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and your rights in relation to it.
What we collect and why
When you place a gift order, we collect your name, email address, delivery details, and any card message you provide. This information is used solely to fulfil your order.
When you submit a reminder request, we collect your name, email address, and the reminder details you provide. Used only to send your reminder. Not for marketing.
When you submit a partner enquiry, we collect your business and contact details to assess whether a working relationship is suitable.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Ealuma does not store your payment card details. Details at stripe.com/privacy
How long we keep your information
Order information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the order and meet legal obligations.
Reminder information is deleted once your reminder has been sent, unless you have set a recurring reminder.
Partner enquiry information is retained for up to 90 days if we do not proceed, or longer if a working relationship is established.
Who we share information with
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
Your information may be passed to a local fulfilment partner solely to arrange your gift delivery. Those partners must handle your information with care and not use it for any other purpose.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, or to delete it.
