Please read these terms before placing an order with Ealuma. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
What we provide
Ealuma is a curated gifting service. When you place an order, we select and arrange a gift on your behalf through a network of local artisan partners. You are purchasing a gifting service, not a specific pre-defined product. The exact presentation, maker, and format will be selected by us based on your occasion, budget, and location.
Pricing and payment
All prices shown include delivery. Payment is taken at the time of ordering via Stripe. The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout. We do not store your payment card details.
Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver on or before your requested date. Delivery dates are targets, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to local conditions, partner availability, or circumstances outside our control. If a significant delay occurs we will contact you.
Card messages
The card message you provide will be printed or handwritten on your gift card. You are responsible for the content of your message. Ealuma reserves the right to decline messages that are offensive or unlawful.
If something goes wrong
If your gift does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is significantly different from what was agreed, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement, credit, or full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Limitation of liability
Ealuma’s liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect losses, including any loss caused by late delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and Australia retain full statutory rights under their local consumer protection laws, which take precedence where applicable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
